I’m unable to report some content
The only unique restriction on the database table is that the same user can’t report the same item twice.
Weird maybe sometimes the report is sent twice accidentally?
I have had the same problem in the past. I thought it was because I was on a different server or something.
if a moderator removes a comment or a post while you are creating a report then this report can be blocked … i guess !
I have had that as well in the past, probably because your/my report would be a duplicate if others reported before.
