In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.

Tails OS probably. It spoofs everything
Tails routes everything through tor (can use bridges) and has a Tor Browser setup so that you can meld in the crowd of other users.

I do not think there is a solution to block Big Tech. Even if you manage to block everything on your end on the web, you cannot block anything at all in the real world.
Your bank shares data with Google servers and services, you are captured by cameras in every public place, and so on. Which means every human is already in at least one database which the feds have access too.
If your goal is just to spoof internet activity, then Whoonix and or TailsOS since they are designed to spoof certain vectors.
Keep in mind that spoofing data has downsides and is not as effective as you might think it is.
If you read some papers on this it is clear that the more you spoof the more unique you will become and the easier it is to track you down - assuming you are a target.
The goal should be to hide in the mass and not stick out.

Chrome makes you more unique, not less. The only browser with a digital “black bloc” tactic is the Tor Browser.
Tails is the best privacy OS hands down. Qubes is good for different purposes but you can easily expose yourself in hundreds of ways in Qubes that you simply cannot in Tails.
What kind of machine details are you concerned about Javascript exposing exactly? I don’t think you ought to be entirely concerned with google having your hardware fingerprint if they have no personal information of yours to associate that with.
