I have access from my phone and I also have enabled email notification but nothing :/ I’ve been trying from the browser

Check your spam folder? Also *.ml domains are possibly blocked by your email server.
I’m using outlook (hotmail.com) I never had this kind of problem, I can’t see the domain blocked and nothing in the spam folder. do you receive the email?
I would ask in the matrix room for more help.
I’ve asked the same and the answer is that there’s nothing they can do as lemmy.ml is in some spam blocklist.
