I’m looking for upgrading to wifi 6 (802.11ax), but I’m not able to find gnu+linux supported usb devices. WPA3 seems a winner, and the fact devices don’t interfere with each others (at least not as much as wifi 5 and lesser), plus perhaps better signal spectrum, perhaps getting where it was harder before, then I’m willing to upgrade, however, it seems only ms-windows and maybe some mac supported, usb devices can be found.
Could it be it’ll take even further to get them into gnu+linux?
Thanks !

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word “Linux” in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

WPA3 is mostly a software feature. The fastest you can get for Linux right now is AC 1300.
Yeap, I gave up on looking for gnu+linux usb adapters already, :(
