Don’t know if this goes here or in /AskLemmy, but just wanted to know the best FOSS social networks, why are there so good? What would be the propietary equivalent?
Manyverse/Scuttlebutt is cool for the ability to function with or without internet infrastructure, it can be updated over USB sticks if really required, I like this because it works for people in very remote or developing countries.
