U.S. Army Lieutenant General Roger L. Cloutier has allegedly been captured by Russian forces in Mariupol.

The Elensky regime sent two helicopters in a second attempt to rescue individuals among the remaining trapped Ukraine Army and Azov. Both were shot down before they could land. It is rumored that many NATO military officials are among the trapped combatants.

It is unlikely that there will ever be a public video showing him captured or anything conclusively proving such. It is highly embarrassing for the US if it actually occurred and they would undoubtedly offer additional concessions to keep it officially secret.

If they negotiate for his release they could easily have him back in Turkey and have him appear on TV very quickly. It seems like they can successfully prevent the rumor spreading long enough for them to negotiate for his release, assuming he is alive.

However, since no conclusive deboonking has happened so far, it is too late to definitively deboonk it since any subsequent videos would not prove he was never in captivity.

Later rumors have appeared including that 1 - he is dead 2 - he is still trapped among the Azov

In addition to that, various Ukrainian government officials have claimed success in a helicopter mission. This is very unlikely to have actually happened, but it could either be a fake for morale boosting or alternately cover for NATO paying a ransom or whatever concessions demanded.
