As someone who knows the ropes from his kinky girlfriend (and other sports), i can tell You that this would NEVER ever properly or even half-assedly restrain anyone, especially not a man of this size and especially not a person going through their final death cramps during which a person will try to break through any obstruction to their life by instinct and with everything they have. which would tear such a piece of cloth to shreds, not even regarding the fact that THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TIE SOMEONES HANDs (which would be the double cross (cross over wrists and loop the rope in a cross before closing and hiding the knot away from the hands reach (feet) or wrist on wrist with fibre tape, usually reinforced under the arms or with fingers taped together to prevent tampering) - no professional army would do this, they would use ZIP-TIES, cuffs or cables. and never in their careers would they allow the wrists to not touch each other

“because russia(ns)/Putin bad” is just not enough for me, not if it comes from a side that copy-pastas WACL/OUN talking points for 50 years
